Cons of using Xamarin

Heavy Applications: Native apps are much lighter in weight when compared with Xamarin based apps. Xamarin uses various core libraries and functions and thus the size increases.

Smaller Community: The number of people present for the community based for iOS and Android is very small in size which may lead to the negative impact of late problem solving and no update features etc.

Updating Lag: When updates are released for iOS, Windows, and Androids these users cannot update immediately because they first built the ecosystem and then they are allowed. This may also affect the esteem and reputation of the organization.
