Step1: Login to MS CRM 365 with your login credential. And click on the gear icon “Settings” and select “Apps for dynamics 365”
Step2: Following screen will appear click on the highlighted button to start download MS CRM 365 for the outlook.
The download will begin, if not you can click in the screen shot below to start the download.
Step3: Click on this .exe file and start the installation.
Step4: You can choose any location to extract these files in your computer system.
Step5: Now go to the location where you extracted the files and open that folder “Extracted file for outlook”
In i386 folder file. Click on it if earlier set up is not working.
The set up will start it may take few mins.
Step6: Now agree the terms and condition to proceed.
Step7: select as shown in the below screen shot and click next.
Step8: Now click on the install now to finally start the installation.
Now the installation will start.
Step9: Now click close.
Step10: Now open your outlook. Here I am using outlook 2016 You will find a new tab by name Dynamics 365. Click on this tab.
Step11: Click on this Configure MS dynamics 365.
Step12: Enter your MS CRM URL and Click Connect.
Step13: It will show up with a sign in window sign in to your Crm account with your credentials and click next.
After entering your credentials, it will start setting up the set up. This will take some time. So please be patient.
Now you can see all the details populated in your ribbon.
And in the left navigation of outlook you can find your MS CRM and its entities. Now you can access them by clicking on them.
