KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION: With this new solution, you can quickly turn customer feedback and issue into knowledge articles. Knowledge can be enabled on any entity and are supported by over 80 languages. Articles can now share with external users or analyzed internally to understand better that how information is being used.
Excel Templates: Microsoft Excel templates are so great time saver when you frequently need to export Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 lists to generate reports. With Dynamics CRM 2016, Microsoft has nade this easier by making it possible for folks to be self-sufficient. This new feature can be found at the top of most entities command bar.

MS CRM DYNAMICS App for Outlook: Mobile MS CRM 2016, in general, is encountering the biggest updates since its official introduction. Microsoft Dynamics CRM App for Outlook is a lightweight application you can use to view Microsoft Dynamics CRM data and track email from within outlook. You can use Dynamics CRM App for Outlook on your desktop or phone. In Dynamics CRM App for Outlook, CRM data appears right in your Outlook Inbox.
